1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Returns will only be accepted in the following cases:

• The product received is defective or damaged
• The quantity received is less than the quantity ordered
• A different product or wrong piece is delivered

No return or exchange request will be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of product, size preference, color variation, or personal choice after delivery.

2. PACKAGE OPENING VIDEO IS MANDATORY

To raise any return, replacement, or refund request, customers must provide a clear package opening video.

The video must clearly show:

• The sealed package before opening
• Complete unboxing process without cuts or pauses
• Product condition after opening
• Missing quantity or wrong/defective product, if applicable

Without a proper package opening video, no return, replacement, or refund request will be accepted.

3. REFUND POLICY

Refunds will only be processed after our team reviews and approves the complaint.

Refunds are applicable only if:

• The wrong item has been delivered
• The quantity received is less than ordered
• A replacement is not possible from our side
